I love being inventive. It is the fuel for my fire. When video's like this one come across my path I can't help but get as giddy as my kids at the sight of ice cream. Thnaks Barb for sending this one down the line. I already went about perfecting my burpee to backflip tonight. Jason even stuck a solid backflip..good job buddy. Look for more of these ideas in the future!
Just me on my soap box but I think if their weren't so many meat heads in CrossFit, shit like this would get much more respect. Gymnastics rules!!!!!!!
