I love being inventive. It is the fuel for my fire. When video's like this one come across my path I can't help but get as giddy as my kids at the sight of ice cream. Thnaks Barb for sending this one down the line. I already went about perfecting my burpee to backflip tonight. Jason even stuck a solid backflip..good job buddy. Look for more of these ideas in the future! 

Just me on my soap box but I think if their weren't so many meat heads in CrossFit, shit like this would get much more respect. Gymnastics rules!!!!!!!

30 Lateral Paralette Jump

20 2ct. Mountain Climbers

10 GHD Sit Ups

C. 100 Flutter Kicks/ 100 Double Unders/ 100 PVC OHS

Athlete WOD:

A. Baseline Warm Ups

B. Tabata ROW for calories

C. Mobilize for 20 Minutes

D. 100 Double Unders/ 100 Flutter Kicks
